About Raw Writing
Carla’s debut novel, Fifty Minutes, was published by Hachette in May 2024, and her second novel, Touched, is due for publication in April, 2027.
Her short stories and life-writing pieces have been longlisted and shortlisted for awards such as The Bridport Prize, Spread the Word, Brick Lane Bookshop, and Curtis Brown Competitions.
Carla has a Master’s in Creative Writing and over twenty years of teaching experience. She founded Raw Writing in 2023 and loves helping people learn about writing, improve their writing, and be part of a writing community.
